Take It

If I were a millionaire
Would you accept a gift from me?
Or if I said I’d pay your bills, 
Would you take my generosity?

What if I owned a grocery store,
And gave you all your food for free?
Or any other kind of store,
And took you on a shopping spree? 

Wouldn’t you accept my gifts? 
Wouldn’t you take them willingly?
Wouldn’t you think it’s pretty great,
To have a friend as rich as me?  

God is better than a millionaire
For He has infinite ability
His resources are limitless
His riches last eternally 

God’s love for us will never fail
He gave to us this guarantee
His care for us will never cease
His promise is His surety. 

The things God gave are ours to take
For God gave them to us freely 
By the finished work of Jesus Christ
We can live our lives abundantly
